Hapi Bdae WS!

Went to Costa Sands Chalet last friday to cele WS bdae. Its more like a marjong session instead. lol coz we werer practically playing marjong for more then 50% of the time spent in the chalet.

Got there aroudn midnight after class n nasi lemak at changi.My friends were already playing marjong. We started playing marjong again after a short talk. n played till early morning 7am. :P

Got the rest of the people sleeping and we went to have mac breakfast at downtown east. The costa sands and downtown east are so near to each other. within 10 mins walk. After breakfast, most of the people went to sleep and i got WS n DH to go to wet n wild. Since we got free entrance ticks.

Rides at the WnW is borrrrring... Even worst then the JE swimming pool. nothing good to memtion here. AFter the swim, i got a 3 hrs sleep while waiting for the rest to get the BBQ items.

BBQ food were good n expensive... got from the caterer at the coasta sands caterer. But the chiken wings were good. MAybe coz JM bbq it real well. He really made the chicken wings taste good :) Played board games after the BBQ n we play "zhong zi mi ma" after that. Sadly i m the most sway of all n have to eat lots n lots of food left behind. T_T

Vivo City!

Went to the Vivo City with my family after a heavy "Bak Kut Teh" meal at jur east.

Vivo city is HUGE! n super crowded! Parking is horrible!!! We tried to enter the carpark but was greeted by a long queue of vehicles. Luckily we managed to squeeze into one corner n we u-turned to park at Harbourfront. Once we are near the entrance of vivocity, the crowd began to pick up. Its almost like chinese new year market in chinatown during new year eve. Without the shoulder to shoulder movemnet only.

Its almost like shopping in those mega malls in KL. But this one with a big crowd. Many shops were still not opened. But there are enough make sure all shoppers are entertained. Lots of food outlets also, Spotted a few interesting restaurants and the food court looks promising too, but they have to do something about the lack of seats.

The blend of shops currently open are more then the usual brands u see in neighbourhood shoping malls. Its like a mixture of taka with new american theme shops. Read up some where in the newspaper that the Vivo City some newly launched chops straight from america. So this shall be interesting. Esp for those who are bigger build, like me :)

Lots of outdoor landscapes too. Didnt get to see much coz my sis was rushing here n there n the outdoor dun interest them. Got my mum outside n we got this photo. :)

Went to the Cali gym with derold last sunday. It was a good experience coz i have been longed to train up. Went there around noon but only start training around one coz of the initial check up and the walk around the gym by the salesgirl.
The sale girl was one type which i will nvr buy some thing from. She is the arggessive type n yet doesnt have much power over the negotiations. I also got to find out that there could be so much negotiations made to get the offer u want. initial i was given a plan around 1k a month. Then it dropped to almost 500 a month! Wah...
Wanted to do some training long long ago. But jus dun have the time to do it. At this moment, i only can spare late nights n sundays free. N i am not able to be away from the phone. So

Home PC down...

My PC at home as been down for a while. Haben been posting for a long time. So many times i took photos of food i eat and things i see. But i dun have a chance to upload to my comp and post it.

3. Bowling, swimming and or board games on sun.

Got myself into trouble today. I was told a secret~! I nvr got myself into a serious secret b4 so i felt a certain pressure knowing this secret.

Later as i was driving back, I got into thinking. So would a secret be a secret if u tell someone else but not in details of the person or name or place etc. Just share the the idea to someone else???

Food At Ding Tai Feng. Still prefer Crystal Jade to this. Their fried rice is quite plain, noodle soup to too bland to my liking and the dumplings... maybe its vege n meat so not that nice to me. :) Oh, their chilli is lousy too! On the whole, Crystal Jade is much much better. 

Bowling frenzy this week

Been on a bowling frenzy this week.

Total i think i already bowled three days this week. Also got my personal best too 208. Not really a good score but i broke the 200 mark. Had a real good game that day. I think its tuesday. We went to taman jurong super bowl. I was playing fairly well with my friend. But later a super pro guy jus started bowling on our next lane. i said a super pro because he make bowling seems such a easy task! He is bascially picking up the ball, get to the lane. n walk down n throw. No pausing or aiming. Just take n go. cool....

Slowly i began to play almost similaly, though my style is totally different. But i managed to get better n better. In my best game, i for five strikes for a start! Ha! But its a bit of luck here n there n eventually i lost my luck. But getting 208 is really a achievement for me. :)

Yesterday went to Mount Faber super bowl. Here i could not find the usual ball that i use. End up will only one choice. Though i didnt want to blame the ball, but the lanes were also not conditioned for me. End up my balls jus go in straight without the little hook i always play.... :(
End up with 120-150 scores sigh... tot i could have match my last score...

Tonight gotta go home for dinner. Maybe after that jo my friend again for bowling??? He has been suggesting both of us should take up lessons to train ourself. I would love to but i am worried about commitments... Worried that i wouldn't have time for it. But i love this game. Many of my friends were not really pro to play with. (i got a few who score good but not professonials loh) Really love the game also. But sadly always cannot find kahki to play with.

I find it so sianz when u love to do something n that u need to have kaki to play with. n u cannot commit to play... sigh.

Like playing bowling, i would nvr wanna play alone coz no one to share ur excellence or failure... i also love badminton too. Something tat will make u weat a lot. but u need twos or fours to play. Twos is tough coz u tends to wear out to fast n it becomes a game of who pick up the shuttles more then who played well. But fours will be hard to organise. Again, my lousy schedule kicks in again... Couldnt find a fix time to play with my friends. Besides that, u need three other friends to have the same passion too. If not will end up like me, calling here n there jus to arrange one badminton session.. sad... Last would be marjong. So far i have the best kaki here. Cos all also very gian to play. N we tends to play in the late sat night or sun afternoon. Where i sould not have so much job. N its also with my sec buddies. n we enjoyed the game the most though i m the loser always... T_T

Nowadays, the best thing to do is to do it alone or with ur buddie. I simpily love staying at home to play games. lol. Its the most easy game to do n u can do it alone n with lotsa online players, u will nvr have trouble finding partners. Another will be playing my New DS LITE!!!

Jus spent a madly $450 to buy a ds lite complete with a memory card n disk to play all dled games and a red casing. Yes red! to bad they dun have red ds lite.... now already got more then 30 games in the disk. n i am haveing trouble choosing wat to play. lol Spoilt for choices.

BUFFAT week

Eating buffet like nobody business these day.

Had one with my army friends @ Hanabi Oden Towers (Jap Alacarte). Then ate Marina south steamboat BBQ buffet with joshie, ate Sakura Clementi Woods just with my classmates and going to eat Cafe Vic at Royal Plaze by Scotts (High Tea). Was more can one ask for....

Well, u could have imagine, my tummy had grown ten fold. All thanks to my nvr say die spirit. Must eat all kinds of food then good... Now end up in a sit also cannot, stand also cannot state... *brup

Had gone a bit nuts too. Was planning to go COMEX yesterday. As i was delayed by the traffic, end up @ 1930h i m still at the Sheares bridge. So i gave up the idea. End up in Seow Choon and spent $450bucks for a nintendo DS...

Tats a real nut case. But was super duper happy that day. Anyonw who saw me that day would wask wat make be so happy :) End up that night slept around 4am jus to dl some games for the set. Now have successfully download more then 20 games :)

Think my PC upgrade can put behind liao

Wat a lousy weekend it will turn out to be...

Half way thru Friday, i already got 3 appointments made for the weekends. Dinner with old time 'SI' friends on sat night. Should be having one of the awaited buffet of the month. 'Hanabi' at oden towers. Its been quite a while since i last had buffet. Remembering the last time was at Clementi woods, Sakura. Which didnt turn out the best of buffet but the company was good enough. Second one was full day plan with my friend to nursary n botanic gardens n prawn fishing on sunday.
Last was a marjong session with my old time secondary buddie tonight. Which i turn away, knowning that i have quite a number of work tonight n the session will not be very enjoyable. After which i planned to meet another friend for dinner. But another long time no see friends called to jo me to visit his house n play some board games together. Really wanted to meet him coz long long time nvr see each other n almost everytime he jo me i cannot make it... Seems tat he a bit 'used' to the rejection as i tried to find a solution to answer to all the planning tonight. (Maybe dinner with this friend then go another friend house...) but inthe end i turn away the dinner with friend and wanted to call accept my friend invitation to his house.
Then suddenly, a last min meeting was to be called tonight. 'wah lao' Actually this meeting, initiated by me, supposed to have started in the morning. But i didnt get confirmation with all parties n end up one party is not available. So we decided to meet at 11 instead. But it was later cancelled coz turn out another party got appointment. So it is later declared tat we either meet this evening around 1600hrs or on sunday morning. Turn out evening is not possible hence i assume we r meeting on sunday. So my sunday outing have to be shaved off half of the planning. Then jus about 15min ago, one party announced to have the meeting later tonight... End up i have to cancel the invitation to friends house again. But jus after calling, then i realised tat one of the party is still in the workshop. N we have to end up waiting for her...
So i 'sianzly' announced that the meeting will be held on sunday 1000hrs in the office n managed to get all the parties to agree. Case closed n the closure of the lousy friday...

Not a whole new PC but a whole new C drive

Just formatted my comp n now still in the midst of downloading drivers. 

Stop to dl Opera. Which is a alternative to IE or Mozilla. Seems tat its a whole new type of browser. Got to see it when a friend of mine uses it. Find it quite interesting n 'plain'. Little did i know that they hav lotsa mini programs which make up desktop look like mac. lol. I think its more of a mac wannabe. But the programs looks cool. I jus hope they dun eat up my ram too much.

Part of my reason to format the comp is because my programs are getting too laggy. But i absent-mindedly deleted my downloaded stuff... sigh... got to redownload them. At least i m disappointed i lost some important programs or installers. Not like a friend of mine who got was equally frustrated when some of his 'items' were lost in his comp....

Still got 19 % before my graphics card driver downloads ready. Think by then i will be able to see if its my mainboard problem or its coz i got too much junk in the comp to cause lags. Maybe i might not last till then. lol. Feeling kinda tired now.

Finally it OVER!!!

Yes! My exams are finally over. But some how I feel that how good it is if it never ends. lol. Contradicting right? Well, I m tat kinda of person. Keep on contradicting myself n even people around me. Until they also very mad at me. Sigh...

Well I got my reasons to wish that exams never ends loh. To think such a lazy person I m, to go to work n see piles of work undone is a very unmotivating sight. N I will just become more n more sianz. Study is brainless. U just do n do n do. None stop. Ur results are guaranteed good. Work is diff, u work n work n work, end up u still kanna *&^% by ur boss coz in their concept, u have nvr done enough. U done something right, u dun seems to be complimented well (or u didnt realised the compliments). But just when u made a wrong decision, u get lots of scolding from them. Worst, they just give u a "disgusting" look. i.e. u r damn lousy. All such behaviors just make u smaller n smaller in the company. But u dun have a choice! In ur mind, u wanna contribute to the company, but u r lazy. But as u want to really stand out n do something, u make a mistake n u r shun off immediately.

Then again, I feel sometimes I m over exaggerating the facts. It might not seem so bad, but i didnt handle them well. Lazy. Seems tat i have found a problem in my life. "LAZY" Gotta get rid of theis fellow, if not i will affect the rest of my life. Another problem is "playful" at in playing games. Seems tat after this i will be switching to playing warcraft n have not kick up this bad habit of mind.

So lesson of the day, two 'devils' to get rid of. First 'lazy' then 'game'

I shall tackle the 'lazy' first. So off to settle my credit cards dues first. p.s. They r due today n i m suppose to get them paid... lol. First problem kicks in. Hopefully i can get this done after this...
