Sungei Buloh Trip

"New Blood Come Tide" ~ Henc CC jio'ed me n josh to a photo trip to Sungei Buloh on one of the Saturday morning. I could vaguely remembered that day was a Sat, as i had a KTV session till 3am the previous night and i am pretty sure i left straight from office. So that surely makes it a Saturday.

Took hell lots of photo. The objective was to challenge CC's approx $2,000 DSLR setup and my $500 Fuji F100D digital camera! Turnout it wasnt that bad! Maybe because CC photography skill was lousy la. Wahahaha...

Too late to write lots i guessed a photo blog will justify my words...

At the carpark there was this sign. I tot i came here before but i was wrong... What wa the place we went that time... 10years ago at least. lol

This Sun Skink was posing right at the corner of the step into the reception was we were all busy taking the very first animal/insect/reptile of the day! We actually spend more then 15mins outside!

Then Josh pointed to the bird nest right above our head. Tried to pick up using my cam... Er a bit too far la...

Fish, dun ask me wat fish...

We walked pass this photographer eagerly taking photos in the bushes. So we walk close trying to find out wat he was taking. Only to realised that it was a nice green snake! Wow, nice catch!

Josh spoted this agile squirrel playing on one of those trees. Managed to catch a glimpse on my cam. :P

Another one of those "people see we see" things. This time its a huge monitor lizard swimming in the river... Better dun disturb him man...

Walked past the swamps and saw this cute mudskipper.

And this tiny crab.

MAking sure we are on the right track, we have to take the signboard jus in case... Anyway, got people inside nicer ma...

Was walking by this pond and saw these "jumping" fishes! Damn hard to snap. These are the best of my 20+ photos loh. We spent like another 15mins here! lol

Dun need to say loh, jus them loh. Josh is always way infront of us, so whenever i saw some angle good for photos, i will have to shout. Then the very lazy Josh, lol, always dun bother to walk back one. lol

I quite like this picture. Notice not the person in the picture. lol. But the reflection of the sky from the pond. Nice hor!

CC... Dun bother to try la. I am better! Wahahaha

Nothing much to take, end up taking flower. CC got one with a bee on it!!!! Cool~

More couple photos....

I think Josh got a bit sianz, end up giving this face... lol

The Group

The couple

The tree...

Coming to the end we saw this little fellow, having its lunch. Gonna be a heavy one, judging from its size and covers. :)

The best shot of the day must be this spider ba. Look closer for her babyies!

That kinda sum up the day.

iPhone or iTouch???

Pros:
Fantastic OS, easy to use.
Superb speed, unchallenged speed
Great apps, Singapore theme
Good functions, GPS, WIFI, Bluetooth,
Cons
I already got the iTouch, with Wifi.

I keep on telling myself, if I am going to get another phone, it must not b iPhone. Since I already got the iPod touch, doesn't makes sense for me to carry two device of the same features. ESP when they are almost identical, except the fact that the iphone is slightly thicker and longer.
Then again, if I get any other hp, still I will get the same features. (think N86) but a different device and diffent size.

The question is, am I being weird? Is my rational very stupid? I can't really make a judgement myself. Appreciated if u all can advise/ comment on it. :) thanks!

iPhone or iTouch???

Have been in the middle of some debates these days and the topic is as above.

I find it's kinda irony since approximately 6 mtgs ago I totally despise mac stuffs. After getting the iTouch, I began to realize how food this device is...

Now comes a even more tricky situation when I am in the verge of changing my mobile phone. My N95 is in the middle of a huge makeover but I think it did not turn out to be he colour that I liked. The HTC touch diamond that I had was really a gem on the outside. Prefect size, sufficently siZed but the OS is jus shit. Then again all windows mobile OS is shit sia.

Looking at the market, there is no significant hp to buy. Future phones like the toshiba one, the W995 from Sony upcoming N86 n N 97 and of course the super powerful iPhone.

Back to my iPhone iTouch debate. I keep on finding myself in a position loving and hating the iphone. Let me state the pros:

Earth Hour

Went to the Marine Barrage at earth hour. Err... that was last, last friday i guessed. (Confirmed, its March 24th)

Heard from Josh that his friends will be bringing their telescope to catch a view of some stars, including the planet Mars. So i tot it would be quite a sight. Apparantly it turns out, its better to google it then to see it on the telescope.
Coz its O <---- This big, versus

This big!!! --->

Anyway, it was quite interesting to see the Singapore flyer and several hotel obeying the earth hour, if only the works on the casino will stop too. Then i guessed it would be a total success.

After which i walk down to the barragea and saw one of the most beautiful scene that day. I feel, i have to share it wil u all. (Its taken from my FUJI F100D.) Whos says u need $$$$ camera to take good photos!!!
