Went to eat at warraku wif my mum at starhub building after seeing a sinseh to massage my sprained back and massage my mum's arms. Initial i tot its a traditional jap restuarant that my sis brought me to few years back. I still rem the place where we were the only two local people around and we were packed with jap expatriates. Even the menu were in jap, we could only order those that we know from other jap restuarant. But the meal was hearty n well prepared. :)
This one at Warraku, was a bit on the huge side. The serving were huge... No i mean the plates n bowls they use were huge.
Check out the bowl on my mum's left!
The food wasnt really that fantastic too. Though i like the tomato cream udon. The udon was very very tanggy. I like the "kou gan" in the mouth. *Yummy* The rest were jus ok, even though i ordered the interesting leaf grill. Where there is a piece of dried brown leaf over the flame as u cook ur meat over bean paste. In the end we got tough beef in tasteless bean paste.
In the evening, i m supposed to go for classes. After being hypnotised by xiaomei n company, i skipped class n join them for dinner at liang seah street.... *OMG... Somebody gonna kill me... T_T*
