Singapore fireworks Fest 2007

Despite the fact that i m in the midst of my examinations, i still need to relax right. I believe that with proper relaxing, one can take big steps to doing well in wat he/she wants to do. lol

Ok, rubbish aside. I went to watch the SG Fireworks Festival 2007 jus now. Or rather yesterday, since its 1.30am liao. :) Before tat went to Honjin Jap resturant with josh. there was a 1 for 1 dinner buffet offer from DBS. So hungry for food, we went there with heart of breaking the sinusodial waves forms from my friday's paper. lol

Back track a bit, i have not done well for my previous two paper this semester. And the next paper i am clueless on wat is gonna be tested. No thanks to my experience in my work coz its more like a shipyard topic n i know nuts about them. The previous paper was Modelling the Marine Environment. I was actually pretty well prepared for the paper. Remembering the sinusodial waves and the morison equations blah blah blah... Though there is a part of true/false questions that i m not confident of coz my languague sucks. (Those who have read my blog might have know it) But the calculations part i was confident. Well, confident to the extend of the tutorials given n the pass year papers. Sin wave never surface to the paper. n morison jus got himself a new type of platform, the inverted "T" platform. i wonder if it will float. Better sink to the bottom of the sea la... So to say i m very wrong. Coz that "bugger" actually set a paper that got nothing to do with the last years paper. N he introduce lots of new words n diagrams in the papers. End up i dun think i would fair well this time. Hopefully i can pass the paper n that, i should be able to get a "b" at least...

Well, the previuos previous paper was sad... Coz i was too playful n didnt memorised the tips given. Almost everything given in the tips came out... I should be slapped for not heeding the lec advice. T_T

So i was double slapped this time n i m jus moodless to study the next paper.

So out goes the sinusodial waves, in came waves of the japan seas. Sake, saba, soft shell crab came swimming by. The sashimi was great! They serve the salmon belly generously. Good for those sashimi assassins. The rest of the food is jus normal. nothing great to comment about jus that its 1 for 1. I would feel the Hanabi one is better :)

So, after the heavy meal from honjin, we took a long walk to the marina bay to watch the fireworks. We stood at the newly opened land between tanjong pagar and marina south. The view was fantastic! check this out!


I didnt took any fireworks photos coz i doubt my N95 can take good night pictures. But the video is commentable. At Mp4 file, i think there is no better hp that can take such a video. Not to comment it with the digital cameras la.

AS for now, sleep then tomorrow eat n go school study le!
