Char Ba Lang Post

This is going to be a CBL post since i gots lots to say and so little time. Not much photos this time as i am beginning to feel the limitation of my FUJI F100D point and shoot cam. Think a more camera with better manual functions will allow me to take better pics. But i have been thinking about wat CC said and done. (Would you want to put up with a huge camera when u travel or would u rather a small one where u will carry it out almost everyday.) and (To drop a DSLR for a top end point and shoot DigiCam) So very dilemma la.

Since i go these photos uploaded first, I might as well post them.

It was a three buddies trip to Genting. Too bad KB cannot join us, if not it would be the gang of hour up the mountains man!

It was a very short trip, or rather a gambling trip. Three gamblers who jus cant get enough from their Valentine's day winning, and went up to the Haven of casino (South East Asia nia) With the intention to "draw" money from our "mountain bank". In the end only WS managed to achieve close to his goal, whereas i managed to break even and CC sunken deep into the ocean. lol

We stopp by this small hotel to check in. This photo, taken in the night when our "God Father" paid for the meals. Coz we were all deep under the ocean then. lol

Went to Jack's place at Safra Jurong, at the same time to explore the place.
I was quite a while since i last had Jack' Place. Seem that stardard drop a bit.


What is this JP Pepperdine group...


I got the set, hence got soup and bread. I change it to lobster Bisque, but i dun remembering it to be fantastic.


Here's the lobster bisque. Not badly taste but some how, they do not have the "atas: flavour. Like a casual restuarant soup, and then again.... THEY ARE really a casual restuarant. lol


The setting is pretty nice.


I got myself the tenderloin. Which was cooked slightly over my request of "medium" but i wouldn't mind a "medium-well" so ok loh.


Mix gril was of ordered by Josh. The portion was ok though, but i tot the taste was not there.


We ordered the additional mushroom cheese which taste good. The big sized mushroom grilled to juicyness with chewy mozarella cheese and crab/lobster on top.

PF Birthday celeb at Labadour Park.

I guess it one of the best turnout ever, where we have the whole group of yuppies extended to the occasion! Man, PF's face is big sia!

Initially it was tot to be a smaller group where CC n KB will not be joining. Turnout, they managed to push aside they own activities and join us all for the BBQ! We were quite shock actually! We also tot there wasnt enough food and panic a bit. End up we got KB to buy more stuffs.... and in the end we had to play "Chong Ji Mi Ma" to finish the food. But there were fun. :)

The prawn, which tasted great though DH added Rum which is wierd but nevertheless, the taste was good. yummy!


The Candle stand which was used to be a Brands essence of Chicken hamper. Guessed who brought it? No prize from guessing it right!


The Bdae girl with the Tiramisu that DH made. It was a bit dry, but the taste was alright. If only the cake was more soaked in the coffee. Quite different from my style but it was alright. :)
